  My dad Jim Tillery passed away in December from a disease of the lungs. We were
  overwhelmed with details of his funeral. Chris and Connie were amazing. They treated us like family and helped us walk through all the details. Chris and Connie, our family wants to thank you for everything.

  Terrible service. The owner asked us to move my dad's body onto the stretcher for them because he had "limited capacity". He then proceeded to argue with me when I told him how inappropriate his request was. Our hospice nurse was appalled by his request and his behavior. I give my dog and cat patients more care and dignity than they showed my dad.

  My father passed away on Monday, and his body was prepared by Brookside for burial at Greenwood. Two Brookside employees remained for the funeral. The African- American male was nice enough, but the heavyset woman was horrible. She was very rude to my family members and me , even eavesdropping on a personal conversation...personal connect
